Who We Are
Jim Bram
Jim is responsible for all of NAUI’s worldwide operations and management of
the Headquarters staff. He is a senior level executive with
thirty years of experience in domestic and international general
management, strategic planning, new venture development, marketing and
sales in the business to business sector. He is a key player in growing
North American operations revenue from $18 million to $94 million.
Experienced and proven ability in:
- Identifying
business opportunities and developing marketing strategies. Implementing
marketing plans including market research, direct sales activities,
direct response programs, media placement and coverage, advertising and
promotional programs, public relations and strategic alliances
- Superior ability to balance priorities between short term tactical actions and long term initiatives
- Maintaining cohesiveness and consistency with corporate
strategies and policies for all national, regional and local marketing
efforts, directing all internal and external communications
- Superior analytical skills and ability to provide creative and customized solutions
- Budget development and P&L responsibility, track
record of profitability, controlled growth, cost containment, product
enhancement, quality management and increased employee productivity
- Qualified in all aspects of TQM and process improvement applications
- Natural communicator, leader and consensus builder with
excellent ability to plan, organize and motivate for effective, precise
and timely execution
Jed Livingstone
Jed is responsible for NAUI’s training
policies, standards and educational support products by which the
worldwide membership of underwater instructors pursue the non profit’s
mission of educating the public to safely participate in scuba diving.
He is also responsible for product development for NAUI Services Group,
Inc. (NSG) and has produced an award winning product line that is
considered by the customers/members to be the best ever offered in the
fifty-plus year history of NAUI. Following his career as an
educator in California he joined NAUI in 1993 as the Director of
Training. He has been instrumental in NAUI’s success over the last
decade as it relocated its principal offices to Florida in 1997 and
expanded its business operations worldwide. Experienced and proven
ability in:
- Training Standards and Policies – training process analysis and codification of practices for publication
- Product Development – in support of trainers worldwide
provide integrated, state-of-the-art teaching support materials for
trainers and their customers.
